At ComfyAuraLiving, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer an easy and reliable return and refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers across Pakistan.

At ComfyAuraLiving, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for our customers across Pakistan. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including items that are used, damaged after delivery, or fall under hygiene-sensitive categories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Selected personal care or hygiene-related items

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Products not returned in original condition

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or discount are not refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit after the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
